Gyeongbokgung Palace
Built in 1395, this is a must see destination when you visit Seoul, Korea.
The beautiful colors of the palace makes for whimsical and vivid pictures.
Address-
161 Sajik-ro, Sejongno, Jongno-gu, Seoul, South Korea
Right across the palace are Hanbok rental shops. Hanboks are traditional Korean clothing, like the ones we are wearing in the photos. Beautiful, right?!
When I was younger I would wear my Hanbok for very special occasions. And whenever I wore it I felt like a princess. Well, princess-ish.
When you enter the palace wearing a Hanbok your admission into the palace is completely free.
Well... the admission is only three wons (less than three dollars). But hey, instead of paying the admission fee, use that money to rent a Hanbok. For less than 16 wons, you get the Hanbok for a few hours. That means with the amount you save from the admission you're really only paying 13 wons for the rental.
You too can feel like a princess, well, princess-ish, with less than 13 wons.
And feeling princess-ish, that's priceless.
