Five Reasons to Visit Horseshoe Bend

1. It's free
It's absolutely free to go. You don't have to pay to park or to enter the site.

2. Problem-free
You will feel like you are only but a speck in this majestic world. Magically, your problems melt away.

3. Short Hike
There is a short 10 minute hike up to the actual site. During this hike, you will be mesmerized by the beautiful desert landscape.

4. Face your fears
You will face your fear of heights. When you first arrive at the Horseshoe Bend overlook and look down, you instantly feel a sensation of immense fear. You feel like you might drop to your death.

With that said, please be careful and be smart about where you stand.

5. Drop dead gorgeous (no pun intended)
You will kill it (again, no pun intended) with a drop dead gorgeous photo of the view looking down into the Colorado River.
